Shipping
Jewelry: All orders are shipped via Fed Ex Ground, or Fed Ex Express.
Photo Reductions: These are shipped via the United States Postal Service's Priority Mail.
All other gifts: At this time, all other gifts will be sent Fed Ex Ground unless you indicate another choice.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Please note that choosing standard shipping (7-14 days) is the Fed Ex Ground service. It may not take 7-14 days for your order to arrive, but Fed Ex doesn't guarantee specific times with their ground service like they do with Fed Ex Express (ex. Overnight and 2nd Day Air).
Terms and Conditions: Most items can be returned for a refund, credit, or exchanged minus the shipping charges within 30 days. Lockets with photos glued inside can not be returned. Please contact me thru e-mail at Amy@AllOurFavoriteGifts.com to let me know there is a problem with an item. I can issue you a FedEx Ground Call Tag or items can be returned thru the US Postal Service at the following address:

30 day warranty: All items are checked before they are sent out, but if something does break under normal usage within 30 days, I will replace it with the same item or something of similar value of your choice.
Jewelry Guarantee: All of my jewelry products are purchased from a reputable jewelry manufacturer and are guaranteed to be of the highest quality. If you have a problem with a chain or other piece of jewelry, that you have purchased from me, and can provide a copy of the smart receipt that is sent to you thru e-mail, I will repair or replace the item for up to 5 years from the date of purchase. If an item cannot be repaired, or it is no longer available to me from the manufacturer, something of equal or lesser value of your choice will be substituted. This warranty does not apply to lockets with photos glued inside or any other jewelry that may have been altered.
Gift Wrapping: All items can be gift wrapped for an additional charge of $4.00. Please see the Gift Wrapping page.
